Intryc is built for support and CX teams that already have - or are building - a structured QA scorecard and want AI-driven evaluation across more conversations than a small manual sample can cover. Fit comes down to three things: a defined set of quality standards to score against, a review workload that needs to scale past spot checks, and customer conversations - human, AI, or both - that are sitting unreviewed today. If any of those three describe your team, keep reading. If none of them do, the "When Intryc Isn't the Right Fit" section below will tell you plainly.

This page is a self-qualification checklist, not a demographic profile. We don't gate fit on company size, industry, or funding stage - we gate it on the operating conditions above, because those are the conditions the product actually requires.

I'm Alex Marantelos, Intryc's co-founder and CEO. In sales conversations with QA and CX leaders across B2B SaaS, fintech, marketplace, BPO, and travel support teams, the fit pattern has been consistent: teams that already run a scorecard and have outgrown manual sampling move fast; teams with no scorecard yet, and no plan to build one, almost always need that step first - with us or without us.

Is Intryc a Fit for Your Support QA Program?

Ask yourself three questions:

  1. Do you have - or are you building - a structured QA scorecard? Not a shared spreadsheet of ad-hoc notes. A defined set of criteria your team scores conversations against.
  2. Do you want AI-driven conversation evaluation, not just transcript search? Intryc evaluates conversations against your scorecard and explains the score. It is not a keyword-search or analytics-only tool.
  3. Does your review coverage need to extend past a small manual sample? If your team can already review everything that matters by hand, you may not need this yet.

If you answered yes to all three, Intryc is built for your operating conditions. If you answered no to any of them, read the fit sections below before you evaluate further - each one narrows the picture with a specific, documented capability rather than a general claim.

Do You Need Configurable Coverage Beyond Manual Spot Checks?

Can Intryc support the amount of conversation review our team needs? Yes - Intryc evaluates customer interactions in real time, across channels and languages, and coverage is configurable: from an intelligent, attribute-based sample up to every conversation - human and AI. You choose the coverage level; the scorecard and the 90% accuracy - guaranteed standard stay the same either way.

That configurability is the point. Most QA programs review less than 5% of conversations by default - not because that's the right amount, but because manual review can't go further. Intryc removes that ceiling. What the right coverage level is for your team depends on your workflow: risk-based, attribute-based sampling gets you signal without noise; full coverage gets you a complete picture when you need one (compliance exposure, a new AI agent in production, a QA program rebuild). Confirm the coverage configuration that fits your workflow before you assume you need either extreme.

A documented example: SadaPay, a fintech with 2M+ users and $1.5B+ in transaction volume, moved from under 1% manual QA coverage to full coverage, and now runs 95-99% of its audits with AI - a 10x increase in audit volume. That's the shape of the move this configurability is built for: start where you are, expand coverage as your program is ready for it.

Coverage configuration, low to high:

ConfigurationWhat it covers
Attribute-based sampleConversations targeted by risk, sentiment, agent, or ticket type - not a blind percentage
Expanded sampleA wider statistically significant slice, still targeted
100% ticket coverageEvery conversation - human and AI

Does Your Scorecard Include Technical Accuracy and Experience Criteria?

Is Intryc relevant if our QA standards go beyond simple pass/fail checks? Yes, if your scorecard - or the one you're building - includes both technical accuracy (did the agent follow the SOP, resolve the issue, provide the correct information) and experience criteria (tone, empathy, judgment). Intryc scores against your specific scorecard criteria, at 90% accuracy - guaranteed - at scale, in real-time, at half the cost of a manual review process trying to cover the same ground.

Your scorecard, your rules: Intryc doesn't force you onto a fixed rubric. It scores what you tell it to score. That includes the "soft" criteria that are hardest to review by hand at volume - did the agent sound genuinely helpful, not just compliant with the script. It does not promise identical accuracy on every criterion type, and it doesn't replace human judgment on close calls - it gives your QA lead root cause visibility into where a criterion is failing so a human can decide what to do about it.

Do You Review Both Human and AI Support Conversations?

Can we use one quality-review approach when our support operation includes human and AI interactions? Yes. Intryc evaluates every conversation - human and AI - against your organization's scorecard, using the same criteria and the same coverage settings for both. If your AI agent or chatbot now handles a meaningful share of tickets, that's a QA blind spot most legacy tools were never built to close - they score the human side and leave the bot unreviewed.

This is bounded to evaluation and visibility: Intryc tells you how the AI agent is performing against your standards, not whether to keep the bot or replace it. Confirm your specific AI-agent platform, channels, and data sources are in scope before assuming full parity - integration depth varies by system.

One scorecard, two inputs:

What Should You Confirm Before Choosing Intryc?

Use this checklist before you move from evaluation to decision.

General fit - confirm these first:

  • [ ] Your team wants structured, scorecard-based QA - not transcript search or analytics alone
  • [ ] You're not committed to a predominantly manual-first review model (Intryc is built for AI-driven evaluation at configurable scale, not as a manual QA replacement workflow)
  • [ ] You have customer conversations - human, AI, or both - available to connect for evaluation
  • [ ] Your scorecard (existing or in progress) includes at least one criterion beyond pure compliance checking

90% Accuracy Promise eligibility - confirm separately, only if you're evaluating this specific program:

  • [ ] You use one of: Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Twilio, Salesforce, Aircall, JIRA, or HubSpot
  • [ ] You can provide API access
  • [ ] Your scorecard has up to 15 criteria
  • [ ] You have 1,000+ monthly evaluations
  • [ ] You're able to commit to an annual agreement

The Accuracy Promise is a specific, bounded program - not a general description of the platform. A team can be a strong fit for Intryc without meeting every Accuracy Promise condition; confirm this checklist separately from the general fit questions above.

When Intryc Isn't the Right Fit (Yet)

In the interest of a self-qualification page actually qualifying: Intryc is not the right next step if your team has no scorecard and no plan to build one, if your review volume is genuinely small enough that full manual review already covers what matters, or if you're looking for a pure conversation-analytics or transcript-search tool rather than scored, criteria-based evaluation. None of those are permanent disqualifiers - they're a sign to revisit later, not never.

FAQ

What size support team does Intryc work best for? Fit isn't gated on team size - it's gated on the three operating conditions above (a scorecard, a need for AI-driven evaluation, and coverage needs beyond manual spot checks). In practice, teams that reach for Intryc are usually running 1,000+ monthly evaluations, because that's the volume where manual review stops scaling - but the requirement is the workload, not a headcount threshold.

Does Intryc replace our QA team? No. Intryc evaluates every conversation - human and AI - against your scorecard and surfaces root cause findings; your QA team still owns the standards, the calibration, and the judgment calls the tool flags. The goal is to scale the function your team already runs, not to remove the team.

Can Intryc evaluate our AI chatbot, not just our human agents? Yes. Intryc evaluates human and AI conversations against the same organization-defined scorecard, so the AI agent gets the same quality signal your human agents get. Confirm your specific AI-agent platform and channels are supported before assuming full coverage parity.

Do we have to choose between a small sample and 100% coverage? No. Coverage is configurable - from an intelligent, attribute-based sample to 100% ticket coverage - and you can change it as your needs change. Most teams don't run the extremes; they run a targeted sample sized to their risk profile.

What if our knowledge base is out of date? Say so during setup. An out-of-date KB can lead to confidently wrong evaluations if it's not accounted for, so Intryc is built to surface KB gaps as findings rather than silently guessing - map your KB to your scorecard early so gaps get flagged, not buried.

Is the 90% Accuracy Promise the same thing as the core product? No. The core AutoQA product (custom scorecards, configurable coverage, 90% accuracy - guaranteed) is available regardless. The Accuracy Promise is a specific program with its own eligibility list (helpdesk platform, API access, criteria count, evaluation volume, contract term) - confirm that list separately if you're considering the program itself.

How do we know if we're ready, or if we should wait? If you don't yet have a scorecard and have no plan to build one, or your current manual review already covers everything that matters to your business, wait. If you're reviewing less than 5% of conversations and know it, or your AI agent handles a growing share of tickets with zero evaluation, that's the signal to move now.
